Eat a banana.
edit
: I probably need to explain the post huh ?
I also have this problem sometimes, totally out of the blue : hands shaking, eyes twitching, ...
It's a lack of magnesium, I eat some bananas and it usually goes aways.

Many possible reasons.
Medical conditions:
- too much stress
- diabetes
- multiple sclerosis development
- Parkinson's disease
Go and see a GP, they will decide what to do next.

Some people are just Born that Way
But seriously, I find my hands shaking a lot too. It's just natural for some people.

My hands shake a lot when I eat something sweet or drink energy drink, so it might be that. Maybe you have diabetes? That's classic sign.
