This is the first single that will be soon released from the Portuguese Idol's winner from the 2009 edition "Filipe Pinto". This single is performed in portuguese and it's called "Carne Crua" which means "Raw Meat", though I'm almost sure he will come up with an english version later on. I just love the song, he's powerful voice and the style he ideintifies with. I'm pretty sure this guy will soon become a music monster. Enjoy! All the best!

Er...No. Anyway, I don't like him, Carlos Costa should've won that Idols season, of course he is talented but not my style at all. The song isn't terrible but I wouldnt say it's good neither.

EDIT: Comparing first singles I'd say Be My Valentine is better although it's a cover, I just think Portuguese Idols are messy. It's about pop music not rock music or anything alike, I totally dislike this country's taste.

In my opinion Filipe won well, or Diana Piedade would also be a good winner too. Carlos's is talented. I know your post, he's an unconditional fan from Eurovision, and I'm pretty sure he'll send a song in way to try representing Portugal this year in Germany. Both Filipe and Carlos are way different from each other. We just can't compare. Filipe would never perform what Carlo's enjoys to perform nor the opposite. One is Rock, the other is Pop. Simple. Good luck to both in their carrers, and as fortunately we all have different tastes in music, they both have people who likes them. In my case, I just identify myself more with Filipe and his type of music, that's all.

I actually said "Of course he is talented" to Filipe ahaha. I am glad this year's winner was WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY better! Sandra <3 probably the best Idol winner, but let's face it, Idols this year were so WEAK. Last year's was the best BY FAR!

Sandra Pereira was my favourite since the beginning, and once again a "Rocker" won eventhough she's more versatile than Filipe while on Idols. Outside, they both will stand under the same rock sun. Filipe has a special voice, and assuming that his future will be Rock/Alternative, he's really awesome, and I'm sure a great proud to Portugal. Sandra is naturally a sweet person and fierce on stage. She has lots of energy and a powerful voice. I'm very happy to see a woman rocking like she does! I actually would love to see a musical experiment with Sandra Pereira, Diana Piedade and Carolina Torres. That would be great!
This year, I also enjoy Martin (but thank God Sandra won) and I feel sorry for Carolina Deslandes, eventhough I know she has her career guaranteed. I would be glad to hear also something from Catarina and Joceline outside the competition. And yes, I guess I agree that last year was stronger than this. Fingers crossed for 2011 edition!
