Almost everyone has taken a break from The Voice except Blake and Adam. Why? is this how they continue their relevance? Would they be irrelevant without The Voice?

Blake's career is dependent on it, I don't know about Adam.

It's the easiest job in tv, you just watch people sing and say what you think, and get loads of publicity. I'm sure if their careers were smashing they would do something else.
