It's not only rich people who are capable of helping poor people. And although it's good to be charitable, nobody is obliged to be and it's not a terrible thing to not donate to charity.
And in regards to the prices of the laptops, what is expensive or premium to most is the equivalent to buying a loaf of bread to rich people.
