No. Make Me was #2 on iTunes for like a week after the VMA performance and it only reached #17 on Hot 100 the following week

It can obviously be a number 1 song, it all depends on radio.
Streaming is not a problem
But she won't release it
So I guess we'll see what happens and if it Dark Horses A-yo (although A-yo may also be a big hit so I hope it doesn't happen) ..
