Made a little post yesterday but it went unnoticed, so I thought I'd make a thread. Anyone else have this problem or how to fix this?

I synced a lot of albums into my phone last week and over time, a lot of songs started disappearing. Like they aren't appearing in the Apple Music app but when i connect my phone to the macbook, I can see that the songs are still in the phone (could see the same when I checked "Downloaded Music" in the Music settings). Where are my songs??

This has happened to me before. Do you have any space left on your phone memory? When the memory gets full, it wipes some songs off the phone.


This has happened to me too. I bought some songs off from Cupcakke's *** Cake album and they seem to have vanished from my iTunes.

Memory as in storage? Yes, as you can see at the bottom of the second image, I have 40+GB remaining. It's not just this album, around 100 songs have disappeared so far.

Is your iCloud music library option turned on? Because when you turn off iCloud Music Library, all the songs you synced from Apple Music disappear.

It happened so much that I switched to Spotify.

I just checked Music settings and I can't find that option.

Idk how it is on MacBook but on iPhone, the way to turn it on is by:

1. Click on Settings (the normal one where all the stuff about sound, brightness etc. are)

2. Scroll down to where it says "Music" and it will also have the music icon beside it

3. Click on Music then scroll down to where it says "LIBRARY" and then under it, you turn on iCloud Music Library by sliding the white bar thing
