Ok you know you have to go to Import > Send to layers to get the video up.
-Open the video
-Slide the slider things to a specific part of the video I want. I usually do under 10 second time spans. (If you do more than, say, 15 second spans then that might be the reason why something is messing up.)
-File > Export > Render Video...
-The Render thing pops up. I name the video like "GetMeBodied1" or something & I choose the folder I want to place it in.
-Click Render.
-Once it's done rendering then I go to file > Import > Video To Layers. I search for the file name, choose to open it, then when the pop up shows I choose the "From Beginning To End" option.
-Then once you click "Ok" the gif should show up with a frame-by-frame layout in the "Animation (Frames)" window at the bottom.
If you want to change some of the coloring around do this:
-Click on the first frame in the Animation (Frames) window at the bottom.
-Click on the last frame in the Layers panel on the side. It should be invisible (the little eye icon is not there); keep it that way. Don't make it visible.
-Now you can play around with the adjustment things to change the colors, saturation, etc. and it should effect all the frames in the Animation (Frames) panel.
After you do that (or if you skip over doing that), do this:
-File > Save For Web...
-Make sure it's Looped on Forever (or else the gif will only play once and freeze).
-Click the play button if you want to see how it'll look.
-Save it.
-Find the folder you saved it in. Right click on it and then go to "Properties." Make sure the "Opens With" option shows the icon of the web browser you use (Internet Explorer, Opera, Firefox, whatever). If not, change it to your web browser. If you changed it, click apply, then ok. If not, just click ok.
-Now double click on the gif like you want to open it and it should open a tab in your web browser you have open and it should play. This is just to show you how it will look on the internet.
-Now go to your photobucket or tinypic or whatever and upload it.
