I stared at it for several minutes and can't make any sense of it

Why would 332 be right

Either the sign is wrong or the person doesn't know left from right.

I understood it as :
- Room from 301 to 331 and odd numbers from 323 to 343 at right.
- Room from 344 to 365 and even numbers from 332 to 342 at left.

but that doesn't add up since 342 should be to the left then ...

Some geniuses that can unlock this?
