There is an alternative version of Fading floating around. Not sure if it's fanmade but it has more organs, strings, an extended instrumental between first chorus and second verse and different ending.I personally think it's better than the album verison, its amazing!! Hope you think so too!
But its not a song that is being sold by the label. Plus its not a leak its just an alternate version of a track thats already been released. if it was the standard album version then it would have been something.

I know, I didn't really like Fading, but now, I love it, This sounds so amazing!! WOW!! I agree they should've used this version!! Its epic!

And don't worry about the link. If I remember correctly, the staff here said there's nothing wrong with "directing people to a site they can find the download on", as long as you aren't linking directly to the download of the file. So you're okay.
