The Russell Crowe-Azealia Banks feud is now in the hands of police after the rapper filed a battery report over their fight in his hotel suite.
Sources connected to the case tell us ... Azealia went to Bev Hills PD Sunday afternoon after demanding Russell apologize for the incident, where he physically removed her from the room. We're told Crowe's reps said he wouldn't say sorry, because he insists he did nothing wrong.
According to eyewitness accounts the trouble started when Azealia laughed out loud at Russell's music selection, and then called him and at least one other guest, "boring white men." We're told a female guest jumped to Russell's defense and suggested Banks pipe down.
Instead, we're told she made an insane speech/threat to Crowe and the woman ..."You would love it if I broke my glass, stabbed you guys in the throat, and blood would squirt everywhere like some real Tarantino s***." Then for good measure, witnesses say she dropped a few n-bombs ... yet Crowe remained surprisingly calm.

i'm sure in her mind she'll get money from a settlement if he wants to just make it go away, which i'm sure won't happen because the only evidence in the case is the eyewitness testimony of everyone else in the room saying she was being a psycho
I honestly would've loved to be in that room. like can you imagine these 10 booshie ass people sitting in some nice ass hotel room just eating and listening to "boring" music. and Azealia is just being a mess? I bet the guy that brought her was just sitting there like kicking her to be quiet and Azealia is being a crazy bitch.
Poor Russell Crowe was just trying to throw a nice party but RZA had to go and invite a girl who is always seeking some attention. Mess, but I am glad he didn't apologize when she is the one who should apologize. First to RZA for embarrassing him like this, then to Russell for going Azealia at his classy party.
