Between her life/sketchy business deals in Russia where she's getting paid bank and this, I just can't. :toofunny3; I love how she completely dumped the US lifestyle and opened her mind to new cultures.
Maybe she is doing the accent to be easier to understand by the turkish? When I taught english abroad in east europe i definitely spoke in an accent kind of similar to this so it was easier for them to understand.
