Clinton Email Leaks: Out of touch, super PAC coordination
As many of you know, Wikileaks has released the Podesta emails, showing some of the following: - Hillary is out of touch with the middle class, per her admission
- Coordination with David Broack, who runs a major pro-Hillary super PAC
- Coordination with super PACs must pass the Three-Prong Coordination Test
Here are some of the following emails:
Quote:
*Hillary Clinton: “I'm Kind Of Far Removed” From The Struggles Of The Middle Class “Because The Life I've Lived And The Economic, You Know, Fortunes That My Husband And I Now Enjoy.” *“And I am not taking a position on any policy, but I do think there is a growing sense of anxiety and even anger in the country over the feeling that the game is rigged. And I never had that feeling when I was growing up. Never. I mean, were there really rich people, of course there were.
|
Quote:
*Clinton: “But If Everybody's Watching, You Know, All Of The Back Room Discussions And The Deals, You Know, Then People Get A Little Nervous, To Say The Least. So, You Need Both A Public And A Private Position.”*

In addition, John Podesta has coordinated with David Brock, who is a leader in a major pro-Hillary super PAC

Shouldn't we attack the book or get Brock to attack the book as a Murdoch special. From the folks who brought you Fox News...

In addition, a legal report with the FEC (Federal Election Commission) was recently filed for the possibility of the Clinton administration coordinating with Brock and contributing $6 million to the super PAC.

The CLC has now filed a formal complaint.

nothing in the leaks were really damning at all. the full quote you're referencing up top:
Quote:
“My father loved to complain about big business and big government, but we had a solid middle class upbringing. We had good public schools. We had accessible health care. We had our little, you know, one-family house that, you know, he saved up his money, didn’t believe in mortgages... Now, obviously, I’m kind of far removed because of the life I’ve lived and the economic, you know, fortunes that my husband and I now enjoy, but I haven’t forgotten it.”
|
hillary is rich. i don't think this is news.
Quote:
“Even if it may not be 100 percent true, if the perception is that somehow the game is rigged, that should be a problem for all of us, and we have to be willing to make that absolutely clear. And if there are issues, if there’s wrongdoing, people have to be held accountable and we have to try to deter future bad behavior, because the public trust is at the core of both a free market economy and a democracy.”

Keep it coming Wikileaks. Expose them ALL as frauds. The American political system needs a complete upheaval.

Except for the coordination with David Brock and the complaints of a possible 6 million super PAC donation resulting in a FEC complaint being filed by the CLC, a non-partisan group.
In addition, her coordination may violate the Three-Prong Rule if she continued contact, which I'm assuming she did. We'll see in the next set of leaks

I don't understand why Americans want to bring Hilary down.
Are there people really that illiterate and brain dead they think a country ran by Trump would be a good idea? So so so so so stupid.

Have you ever thought maybe Americans don't want Trump or Hillary, and that neither candidate is right?

his behavior is the gift that keeps on giving. he shows his true colors again and again. Who will want to work with him to fix our country after this? And all the other things he's said? It still blows my mind people support him. He has no substance. If he becomes president, it will be a media circus for 4 years.
I was a Bernie supporter. I even donated money. I'm voting for Hillary because I align with her views the most.

how is this damning for her when the source link says:
Quote:
The Campaign Legal Center today filed complaints with the Federal Election Commission alleging that three super PACs – one supporting Hillary Clinton (Correct the Record) and two supporting Donald Trump (Rebuilding America Now and Make America Number 1) – have violated federal election law by coordinating with the two major party candidates.

???? Where is the logic in this post? Are Americans so ingrained into the two party system that they start disassociating from reality when someone supports neither candidate? There are other political systems out there.
