I don't see it happening now because, like you said, there is a lot of strong competition this year. I'm sure that it'll happen eventually though, if she keeps on releasing quality.
As for who should win, it'll be between La La Land and Moana for sure. Impossible to say which one will win because both haven't been released yet obviously, but between the hype surrounding Lin-Manuel Miranda (who could become a PEGOT holder with this win) and the hype surrounding La La Land in general (a high quality, original musical) I can't see it going to anything else.
