Beyonce hasn't topped or even come close to matching the quality or success of her second solo single, "Crazy in Love". Why?

Agreed, she hasn't topped it. Crazy in Love is like the greatest song of all time so it's kinda hard to top that

She used to be a great artist, she became a boring one but a great performer.

She's had singles more popular than CIL in both the US and WW since so...

And CIL isn't even the best song on the album when 'Mesus, Myself and I' is on DIL

but in terms of success, she's had Irreplaceable, Single Ladies, and Halo, which are all known and beloved by the public. i'd say she's doing fine.

I can name 4 or 5 songs that sold more than it. However, it IS the greatest song of all time, so topping it would be hard...for someone else. I can also name a good two handful of songs that supersede it quality wise.

Crazy In Love's quality is unmatched by her or by every girl that came after her.
Success wise, she has topped it quite a few times already.
