So my Apple Music sub just got deactivated bc my credit card is frozen temporarily and I can't make any payments and something really weird happened in the Music app.

Yesterday I noticed I couldn't play any songs by just tapping on them (I was redirected to the registration page for AM), no matter if they were from Apple Music or imported from my PC via cable. However, when I pressed Shuffle on an album it played every song just fine without any problems

I got this phone two months ago so the only song I bought on iTunes using this phone was Perfect Illusion and today when I opened the Music app I noticed ALL my music was missing except for PI Apple removed everything INCLUDING my iTunes purchases from other devices (PC, old iPhones) and I'm extremely pissed off rn

Is there any way to get my music back? The PC where I have most of my music on iTunes is no longer usable... Is there any way to restore a backup of it?

It doesn't work like that. If you only have "Perfect Illusion" on your Music app, that has to do with one of two things: when you bought this iPhone, you created a new Apple ID or the songs are still on iTunes Store on Downloads for you to make them available offline. Once you buy a song on iTunes, it is yours forever.

About Apple Music, don't worry. As soon as you activate the subscription again (you can manage subscriptions on Settings > iTunes & AppStore), everything you had will be back as it would only be gone after a while, I don't remember the exact period but I think it's longer than 30 days.

Can I make it show music downloaded on my other iTunes devices?

Try to go on Settings > iTunes & AppStore to make sure you're signed in. If so, go on iTunes Store app. Press "More" and then "Purchased", "Music" and check it there.

My purchased page is blank for some reason?? Nothing shows up, it's like the page freezes
