In most cases, yeah. My entire family (inc. grandparents) are democrats, though some of us differ on smaller/less significant issues.

Only my parents, my brother, some cousins, and my grandparents on my mother's side. The rest of my family are pretty much republicans.

For the most part. My mom and aunt are all for Hillary, not sure about my brother. My grandparents are avid Trump supporters though.
