Comparing to the US how discriminatory are European countries against other races?
Have you felt discriminated because you are from another race in your country?
This is only about race please don't bring any religion discussion

It will depend on what country you're in.
I'm sure there are variations between the american states as well.

Surely you shouldn't ignore how certain religions are racialized and face ethnic/racial discrimination in Europe or elsewhere given what happened in the continent less than a century ago....

Depends which country you're in.
France, Denmark and Italy are one of the most racist ones that come to mind.

Racism is, sadly yet undeniably, a human trait. Europeans are no more or less racist than Americans.

There is more classism than racism.

most of the countries are equally racist. especially once you're outside the bigger cities.
and some places are just racist as a whole. I.E. France and the french speaking part of Belgium.

I can honestly say that the UK is really not bad when it comes to race relations. It's a lot more subtle here. However, it's very rare you'll hear of unharmed black men being murdered for no reason. I suppose that comes down to thorough training and a totally different history (I know that Britain had slavery too, but you know what I mean). Now, if you want to talk about classism, that's a totally different subject.
Eastern Europe is a different story.
France... well, we all know what they've become. They're regressing if anything.

Europeans in general are not racist. There are a large portion though that are. It's an ignorance that is guided by the festering of their ideologies because they exist in their own sphere.
You should pity it, and take notes of how not to be.

The Francophony believe that they are saving souls by converting people to speak a proper language (French) and think Francophone too (even when their family name is Dutch, Flemish,...).
However nationality or language based isn't skin colour based.
When it comes to employment of perfectly qualified people having a foreign family name (e.g. Arabic sounding, now there is visible difference), French employers are known to be racist. A generation ago the route to the middle class was closed off, only getto life remains for the youth, aware that the previous generation went nowhere by doing everything according to the books. This breeds riots, violence and terrorism. If you try to rent an apartment, landlords prefer to not hear certain family names.

I think due to recent events in Europe.. the racism is at an all time high. I single out France, because there it can even be felt in Paris. Whereas I can be in London, Antwerp, Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Madrid, Milan, Lisbon etc and not feel any tension.
You are right about the language thing.l. even when I worked in international departments, the French people always excluded everyone that wasn't or didn't speak French.

Tensions are most of the time migration/integration based.
UK newspapers used to write about the Belgians being there to profit without having to work for it, when they work, they were stealing jobs and they cause violence, crime,... Exactly the same things they are blaming the Morrocans for.
When people feel like the Polish shops are taking over the UK, they went after them too.
Xenophobia is a much more correct term than racism.

Let's be honest. I'll tell you that Europeans are more racists in general, but not in your face and they only say it behind the back. Americans are more direct, etc.

Depends on which part of Europe you're in.
I can't compare it to America 'cause I've never been there, but Germany seems very liberal, I've seen so many black people there and not only in the big cities and no one gives a **** about it.
Meanwhile, in the country I live in Romania, you rarely see a person of color in the capital, let alone another cities. And people always give rude stares and glances and call names like "chocolate" and stuff, I've witnessed it.
My own mother told me Beyonce is beautiful and succesfull because she's creole and not black, she wouldn't be this famous if she were really black so... as a whole, I think Europe is way more racist that people make it out to be.

Germans HATE Turkish people, they hate all the arabs in the most big cities. My friends in Hamburg whine all the time, but because of the culture they are reserved and make no comment directly. Black people are seen as hard work or for some people associated with crime etc....You even hear people that are 3 generations immigrant and they refuse to integrate and speak proper German.
