Shows you thought that were good but now you look back..
.... they were crap.
Mine:
the one thing I liked about this show was the continuity. such as the blue trumpet, yellow umbrella, bro-code, the mother's name always being Tracy etc. But it had a lot of corny jokes and sooo many filler episodes.
pretty people dating each other and having rich people high school problems
How I Met Your Mother is just horrid. I have finished the whole series in one summer. That moment I realized I wasted all these months tryna catching up with the show just for that sh***y finale
Alot of the times when you binge watch a show it turns into a kind of habit and you go on without properly processing it. When I was watching HIMYM to catch up to the Britney episodes I thought it was hilarious but then when I tried to show my sister how funny it was we both ended up cringing 20 times before we were through with just 1 of the episodes.
The Original 90210 was a classic. That **** with horrid actors and 0 chemistry was no iT
EDIT: Also, shows like PLL are not supposed to be re watched. It's a mystery Drama and once the mystery is solved and you know all the answers and how the drama unfolds then it loses all its appeal. Same with Gossip Girl. Once you know who Gossip Girl and A are, it's just not the same. Trying to guess who they were was the best part after all
Skins - Season 3 - 4.
At first I thought the Gen were awesome and I enjoyed it heaps.
I went back, and Kaya being sick the whole 3rd season with her off key acting (she was amazing in Season 2 & 4). Writers recycling plots. The awful character development, and deaths. Just awful.
Weirdly, I thought Season 5 and 6 were a snoozefest, and I went back and they were actually amazing (minus Nick's storyline in Season 6).
Gen 1 & 3 feel really mature, yet Season 3 - 4 felt like a TV Soap disguised as a drama.

Friends.
I was surprised at how unfunny it was a second time. I think though, watching the behind the scenes and seeing how writers literally threw any unrelated jokes in, and didn't overly care, it just ruined the magic.
They had this "that will do, just get it done" attitude. Made it feel so manufactured. I loved it the first time.
But yeah, the last Season boxset with the behind the scenes just ruined everything.
Inside Amy Schumer. I LOVED that show, i found it hilarious and original. Then after i watched Trainwreck and sat through the awful season 4 I realised she's just bad, looking back now at her old sketches they made me cringe, and her stand ups were no good.
