So even If Hillary gets it the Houses are going to be hell for her because most members will be republican and they will frustrate every development she tries to make as they did Obama so that their party can get a shot at the big house?

No. At least for Hillary. A lot of her political views are similar if not identical with the Republicans sitting in this seat. The trouble Obama faced in office will not affect her as badly considering she leans more right than he does.
EDIT: Hillary Clinton will win the election and there is no ands, ifs or buts about it.
