Melissa Villaseñor is the first Latina comedian to be in the SNL cast. However, environmental racism writer Aura Bogado digged extensively through her twitter and found some questionable tweets where Villaseñor talks about Asians, blacks and Mexicans. She deleted 2000 tweets in 5 days, but the content of all those tweets is unclear.

This woman is also white tbh. And a few of the stuff she said was pretty bad.

Yeah, some people say racist jokes and I guess I'm the name of comedy some jokes are funny. This girl was just being a racist. And poc can be worse at being "racist" than white people. I've seen black people being disgusting to Hispanics and I've seen Hispanics being disgusting to blacks.

She's a white Latina so I'm not even surprised.

back in 2010 though i feel like there was much less attention to stuff like twitter so that's why people felt comfortable tweeting stuff like this. And of course people can get educated about certain stuff later on (they should still apologize for past mistakes).

With her it gets even weirder because she's a comedian and can hide behind 'it's a joke!!'

There are a lot of different colored Latinos out there. There are a lot of white Latina. Plus she looks Latin.

What ethnicity is she? Season 39's Noe Wells is part Mexican so this wouldn't make her the first Latina?
