Be strong.
Seek out help from a doctor/psychiatrist.
Medication can really help, trust me. And its something that
you don't need to take for long, only for a certain period of time and can really help you feel like yourself.
If you feel like this for a long time, please see a doctor and just do some research on your to find what type of medication/treatment might be helpful. I've gone through a lot of what your feeling and getting help is the most important step.
