Hello,

I updated to itunes 12.5.1.21 on my mac, and also updated my phone to ios 10... and now itunes skips songs randomly (not on shuffle) while I play an album... and on my phone im missing tracks on some albums.

I specifically sync my albums thru usb and check when they are done transferring to my phone, every time the process completes successfully. on my phone they say "downloaded" bc I don't like having songs in the cloud... I prefer them being directly stored on my phone... so I have no freaking clue why they keep disappearing!

Is anyone else experiencing these problems? It's so frustrating since I listen to my songs mostly on my phone and they ****ing disappear. Also, these albums are completely paid for thru itunes... so no funky business here.

I've been experiencing the problem of random songs disappearing from my iPhone ever since I updated to iOS 10. I've tried to google but sadly I didn't find any help

I'm afraid to sync my phone because of the songs disappearing I've had the skipping problem before and usually it was fixed just by turning my phone off and back on though.

Just got the new iTunes on my PC. It's ****ing ugly. Why? I hate when those developers take perfectly fine software and try to make it "better", but ending up with complete ****.

Apple Music is unusable on PC right now. The forward and back buttons don't work right, it takes like 5 seconds for a song to load and you can barely scroll up and down.

IT sucks ... mine keeps crashing . quitting randomly

Nothing's been deleted but I've yet to find a way to take it off library shuffle when I try to play a song off its album page, no matter what settings I put on

It makes me want to not listen to music

The same thing was happening to me too. I re-downloaded iOS9 yesterday and I've been happy since.

iTunes on iPhone is HORRENDOUS right now. Haven't downloaded it on Mac yet. But seriously - you can't even queue songs properly. Like if you're playing a song in an album, and then hit another song and choose "play later" you don't get to hear it until the whole album is finished.

Alternatively if you want to make a queue of songs using "play next", the last song you choose will play first, as it always brings the "play next" song to the beginning. Meaning if you start to make a queue, the first song you choose will be the last one that comes on.

Sounds silly - but it's really annoying.

Try going to the albums tab and looking at the bottom, I though entire albums had disappeared (three Mariah albums), but they were down there listed under "Various Artists" despite me fixing this multiple times on my desktop iTunes.

I already tried it and sadly it's not the case
