I have a Spanish exam on Monday and I haven't studied yet. I am terrible in Spanish btw.
Do you guys have any tips or tricks how I can pass the exam with just two days of studying?
If it's just vocab, you can always study all of it if you've got 2 days left. If it's grammar, just study the grammar. If it's general skills like reading and listening, you should listen to Spanish music and read articles in Spanish (trying to roughly translate everything in your head). For writing, grammar in particular will be helpful but also just reading articles could get you there.
Is a 4.0 score very difficult in the US? I know it's the max score but it seems like you don't need to have everything correct to get the max score..
Vocabulary: Flashcards
Grammar/Syntax/etc: Try to recreate those charts in your textbook without looking.
Write down any special rules you might need to know or anything that you keep forgetting/messing up. Look up any words you don't know. Also, take breaks in between so all of this new information sticks in your head and not just in your short-term memory.

Thank you so much!!!
It's an overall exam with a buiness letter. I have 48 hours left so I should be fine.
It just means that I need 40% of the exam to be correct.
So I guess it's possible.
