I always tell people i will pray for them and that my condolences goes out to them but i honestly dont really mean it. One reason is because whenever i pray at night it gets pretty awkward for me to say the right words to a prayer so i say fu** it! I also just say it to comfort people. Seeing people cry creeps me out so i cheer them up quickly with that phrase.
