What is Eid Mubarak (I mean, I know it's something related to Muslims ) ? Not familiar with Muslim traditions

how can i have a Quran? i tried to buy online but i couldn't find it, then i read something about that it only can be given as a gift?
i always wanted to read it though i want to read only for academic and knowledge purposes.

Any mosque/Muslim center near you?
