I don't think he was relieved over anyone being killed. But as a black person, reading constant headlines about black people being killed by police or in police custody has become...unnerving and almost expected at this point because we know the BS that's going to come from it.
This thread, for example, would be way more active than it is now if the victim was POC. The victim and this case will get brushed aside because ALM people don't actually give a **** about police brutality.
Yeah, he could have worded it better, but I honestly don't think he's celebrating and rejoicing in someone's murder/death.
