The Merry Christmas II You special averaged 4.89 million viewers with a 1.1 demo in 18-49. She did more than Beyonce and Taylor Swift.
Beyoncé - 4.44 million (1.4)
Taylor Swift - 4.42 million (1.1)

I'm pretty sure ABC wouldn't have put their specials on Thankgiving if they didn't think they would get good viewers.

It had already been selling quite consistently. Flop first week, surprisingly good longevity.
