Inspired by the other thread that Britney "bounced back" from Britney Jean. Do you consider it a success?

Considering she is relevant again (not that she has EVER been irrelevant/forgotten), I'll say yes. She is in the media again and the music is getting critical acclaim

After BJ it really is and we, fans are satisfied I think, at least I am very satisfied with this era (apart from the music video drama)

I think it's doing better than BJ, but wouldn't call it a success nor a flop, it's just average for now.

Music wise yes I mean it really outdid her last three albums by far, sales wise underwhelming. Not a bomb but underwhelming.

It did great in the US & UK though. Expected more elsewhere.

After Britney Jean and Pretty Girls like 80% of ATRL thought it will sell around 60-70K, it did 88K (111k).

Those numbers are decent considering sales are down around 30% from 2013. And Britney did 88K with a smaller hit than Work Bitch.

I hope it will reach 500k+ pure sales at least tbh. She is doing 2 festivals (first time since 2004) soon so it will be a bit of a boost, but imo it really depends on the singles. If they will stop with 2 just like they did with BJ (the 2nd one was a major flop anyway...) then there is not chance, but if they are planning at least 4 singles and she will promore them then 500k+ might be possible. There could also be a tour, but Vegas...
