I know ppl who seem to always be cold and shiver everywhere. A friend of mine sometimes avoids going to the grocery store because it's too cold for him and he literally starts having body spasms because of the cold
on the other hand I know a couple ppl that seem to always be sweating. Sometimes, when you hug them, you feel like you entered Hell for a quick second because their body exudes so much natural heat!
