Like not an education mentor that you pay and see once every week to get better math grades or w/e...more like a mentor in life....someone who taught you valuable lessons and stuff (that is not your parent.
Yes. I took English/Philosophy classes with a teacher in high school, and I would always go to him so he could talk more about stuff we learned in class. He was also the reverend at our chapel, and I played as the organist.
I ended up spending a lot of time around him, and I learned so much.
Two slayful ladies who taught me that real families have nothing to do with blood relations. Ugh queens.
