I will be awake for a night and then another night but I would sleep in the third night, right?
cause that's how brain works and without sleep, Human could die?

I need a restful night sleep.
Yeah I have it bad, I always so tried during the day because I can't sleep at night it has always taken me so long to sleep it's very rare I have a good night sleep it can sometimes happen but rarely. I dunno how to overcome it. I've tried sleeping pills but it just made me more drowsy the next day.
Why I'm always in bed trying to get rid of the tried feeling :-/
For me it's always like that: I sleep good for a whole week and then, the next week I don't sleep at all. Today was the first night I didn't get any sleep. I'm worried again that i have 6 more nights that i won't sleep.
Melatonin helps a lot. Can't say that I'm 100% cured, but it's gotten way better. Now I only stay up super late 1 - 2 am when there's no class the next morning. If there's class I can peacefully go to bed at 10 - 11 pm.
Before that even if I wan to got to bed early, I simply can't. Now I can which is a relief.
