A source close to the “Lord of the Rings” actor reportedly told People that marriage is in sight for the two. Bloom will ask for the “Rise” singer's hand in marriage before the year ends.
“He would love to settle down with Katy and have more kids,” the source said. “He hasn't been this serious about a girl since Miranda (Kerr).”
