A lucid dream is any dream during which the dreamer is aware that they are dreaming. During lucid dreaming, the dreamer may be able to exert some degree of control over the dream characters, narrative, and environment.
Have you experienced this? Are you master of lucid dreaming? What would you do if you could control your dream?Discuss sistrens..
I used to try forcing it which worked every now and then, by now though it just happens naturally. Most nights I lucid dream without even trying to. I've even managed to stop getting super scared when I get sleep paralysis, it used to TERRIFY me but now I just lay back and let it do its thing, queen of dreaming. Next up: astral projection!
First dream, I looked in the bathroom mirror then realised I was dreaming. My appearance looked really distorted. I walked intI the lounge room and was chased by a witch. I tried floating away but she kept whipping me with a spikey wrecking ball
Second, I was flying around some suburbs near where I live
Third, I was outside my old primary school. I somehow realised I was dreaming so tried flying around
I've been having lucid dreams for over a year now, almost every nights or during some parts of my dreams.
But I usually have really weird dreams, I remember them very vividly during, and some time after I woke up but few hours later, I just forget them.
