What does "ha" mean?
I know "ha" is used for laughing eg "hahaha"
But I see people on here sticking "ha" in the most random places as if it has another meaning...
Please enlighten me.

"ha" is like a gender neutral version of "she"/"he" and it comes from ballroom culture like what someone said just now

Although it is gender neutral, it is effiminate and based on "her"
It's gay club/ballroom slang
