lets say under some circumstance you got HIV would you want your partner to stay with you?

We'd have to talk about it, obviously. I'm not sure if you're trying to imply that if I'd get HIV from him or not, but talking about it is inevitable.

If both you and you're partner are HIV+ it doesn't matter if you have sex right? Or like can you get more HIV+ or what?

No. If I somehow tested HIV positive while I was in a long-term relationship & my partner didn't have it, then I'd have to be cheating without using protection. That's so ****ed. I might want them to stay but they don't owe me **** & any self-respecting person would walk. People in love don't put each other in dangerous, compromising situations.

It does matter, HIV has more than one subtype and you could get reinfected with a different subtype, which could also turn out to be resistant to treatment

There are different strains of HIV with different resistances. It's advised that both positive partners still use protection otherwise you risk catching a new strain, which could be immune to your current medication.
