in Turkey when someone sneezes the common thing to say is "çok yaşa" which means "live a longer life" and the one who sneezed would reply with a "sen de gör" which means "you live to see it as well" - that i lived a long life-
So basically you wish long healthy lifes to one another over a sneeze.
although when i sneeze and someone says "çok yaşa" i usually answer with "hep beraber" which means "all together"
In turkish: çok yaşa, which means live long... then the sneezer is contractually obliged to reply by either saying 'I hope you live to see it too' if it's one person, or 'all together' if it's many people... it sounds more sensible in Turkish
