Britney Spears and Katy Perry have just released comeback songs, but it looks like both of them have flopped. “Make Me” and “Rise” were well received when released, and both songs hit No. 1 on iTunes. This week, Spears drops from No. 17 to No. 52 and Perry drops from No. 11 to No. 43 on Billboard’s Hot 100.
