I stumbled upon this video from 2013 which has these two 'critics' tear apart artists (in a slightly misogynistic way) and make their predictions about where these artists will be in the near future.
The rankings and their predictions:

7. Carly Rae Jepsen - she "needs to step up her game" + will release "juvenile garbage"
8. Katy Perry - predicted to cover Play Boy by 2015
9. Rihanna - "in 3 - 5 years from now...she'll be regarded...as a glorified, washed up has been; with an annoying voice"
10. Justin Bieber - will decline inevitably due to "his voice breaking"
They also make fun of Madonna being in the Rock N Roll Hall of Fame...
