is bringing old memories to the surface
I tend to be compulsive in my alarm clock (which is on my phone), where I frequently wake up early to check if I haven't over-slept

The result? I lack sleep and rest

I'm working on it, and I'm slowly getting better

I'm trying to trust my alarm clock and not over-think what I'm doing (i.e., how I'm sleeping, trying to sleep, etc.). All of this is making me realize how sleep and rest and important.

I wish my sleep patterns were a bit more normal.
