George Shelley has explained why he "would never come out gay".
The former Union J singer, who released a video earlier this year informing his fans that he was bisexual , has opened up about his relationship status.
"I would never come out as gay. I wouldn’t put a label on it because I do like girls, I’ve fallen in love with girls and I could never close that off."
He told the Sun that he was ready to settle down and had his eye on a close female friend who he had known for many years.
That gal pal is not Ferne McCann , however, as he explained to the paper that while they had a "little crush on each other it's unlikely the pair - who met on I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here - will ever strike up a romance.
But George, who admits to fancying superstar Calvin Harris, doesn't like to close the door on any chance in the future as he added: "But you never know..."
