My dad is kicking me out and I really want to move somewhere, go to school, and get a fresh start. I live in LA now. They're giving me 600-800 to rent a room. But idk where to move

I was thinking San Francisco, but that **** is ridiculously expensive. I need somewhere where I can make friends, maybe find dates, and go to school.
