Um, no. After the Azealia stuff, Iggy's career was hanging on by a thread. In fact, collaborating with her at that time wasn't even a good idea because she was hated by the GP.

It doesn't say Britney rode Iggy's success, it says Iggy was still riding the wave of having two hit singles, and Britney collabed with her. Not saying Britney didn't hit her up because she was seemingly a hot act but it's not like she called her up the day Fancy broke the T10
