I was 7 years old in the tub when my mom rushed into the bathroom and told me to close the shower curtains.

I peaked out the side of the curtain and she was pulling a tampon out.

Later I was crying because I thought she was dying. And she had to explain that process to me.

To this day I still cringe whenever a tampon commercial comes on the television

It didn't scar me for life, but I was traumatised for a long time (since I still remember it).

I was probably six or something, and I was watching this crazy indian movie involving a vengeful snake (don't ask me) and there was this one scene with a pit full of snakes.
The following months, I was seeing snakes everywhere and at anytime, during the day like in my sleep. Earthworm, and any elongated objets in general looked like snakes to me ...

Yes, I once cut my wrist when I fell over a very long time ago. I'm scarred with a tiny mark to the left, under my right hand.

When I was like 3 or 4 yo my grandma's rooster attacked me. I've been scared to DEATH of birds ever since, I never put a hand on a bird since then and not planning to in this lifetime. I'm okay with walking through pigeons in parks and such, as long as I don't touch them, but I'm not getting any closer than at least 2 metters to any other type of bird if they are free.

When I was like 5-6 I fell and hit the edge of the stairs with my mouth. All of my front teeth broke and have looked ****ed up ever since. I've changed a lot of dentists and stuff, but there's just so much stuff to do.

I don't smile with my mouth open since that happened.

Watching my granny die has to be the worst experience I've ever had, I didn't see her fully pass away but being there when she was dying was too hard, I cried immediately when I first went into see her when she was lying in her bed.

I had a couple incidents related with being burned. I got burned by a sparkler during 4th of July once and have always been afraid of sparklers since. I also have a scar from touching a ridiculously hot lamp.

Yes Well, it wasn't a particular moment but my Mum has always been terrified of spiders. It passed on to me naturally seeing her overreact as a child to the presence of a spider. (Strangely out of four children I'm the only one to get that phobia). However, mine is 100x worse. I freak out at pictures of spiders and my brothers constantly take the piss.

One of them changed the screensaver on my laptop to a closeup of a tarantula and reduced me to tears. Then, on my birthday he decided to buy me a huge remote-controlled spider and have it sneak up on me and try to crawl on me. Then when I start crying and shaking they all just drag me
