Decades Bestselling Girl Group albums
It's worth noting the cheapest version of SNSDs album is $30 and the most expensive is $69 + doesn't include digital sales.

Released back in 2011, SNSD’s album hit #1 on the Japanese Albums Oricon chart as well as on Billboard’s Japanese Top Albums. It garnered a #1 in Taiwan as well, and was eventually certified Million by the RIAJ for selling over 1 million units. In addition, Girls’ Generation is “the highest selling album and the highest annually ranked album achieved so far by a Korean group in Oricon history”.
The U.K’s powerhouse girl group Little Mix have recently outsold their debut album, DNA, with Get Weird which has now shifted 754,000+ copies worldwide. This makes Get Weird the best selling album for a western girl group this decade (so far). It’s longevity on the U.K. official charts has been heavily eyed as a joyous success and is poised to stay on the charts for the rest of the year due to it’s high album placing week per week.

SNSD aren't from Japan (or Taiwan) though.
Only one of the members can even speak conversational Japanese

They were #1 on Billboard's World albums chart last year for TWO weeks.

Their bestselling probably sold less than SNSD, 1,042,879 on Oricon.
I think most publications don't count them as a G anyway, since they have 130+ members
