READ before you make such an invalid comment. If you actually read the article, you would see that the US, UK, Austrailia, and New Zealand voted in favor of getting RID of the executions.
The UNITED NATIONS is different from the UNITED STATES in that it is a UNITY of multiple NATIONS, not a UNITY of STATES in one country.
