i blend any vegetables I could think of(along with some fruits for taste)
celery
carrots
spinach
kale
okra
bok choy
peas
+
lemon
water
raspberries, blueberries, and strawberries
sometimes I feel tired I add a little red bull to kickstart my day

balsamic vinegar is too sour and it overpowers the salad for my taste buds
i dont like the idea of eating a cold dish like salad(sometimes I warm it up in the pan if I'm forced to eat it)
