I've noticed threads being shut down and warning points being given out for file sharing. I thought it was alright for it to go on your wall. When did this change? I got 3 warnings points for this, and just.

Links can go on your wall as long as mods don't check, I guess.. but in the thread, it was never allowed.

The mods... I've always gotten warning points for the stupidest things. This, being sarcastic, not sourcing and "off topic."

Links in general, in a thread or on your wall, have never been allowed. It's basically turning ATRL in a music sharing website and allowing links can easily close down ATRL

I would assume that the personal attackers got warned, too. Otherwise, that's asinine and needs to be looked into.

File sharing was never allowed. They stated that a long time ago.

You're not supposed to put links not on threads not on your walls
However if you use the acronym LOMW it's likely you won't get caught i mean it's done because music companies and stuff if they see you're sharing they can like give warnings to the site and all but they wouldn't understand LOMW anyway

But there have been a lot of people that post dl links on their walls

I haven't been here long, but just hangin' around and observing people's posts for a few days, apparently it's "cute" or "funny" for the person who failed at having a " playful argument" to give warning points to the winner of the "argument" or when someone says something funny or creates a gif or an image that throws shade at their favorite artist. Juvenile, but whatev. *kanyeshrug*

Actually, file sharing of ANY kind, I thought, wasn't allowed, including on walls. The mods can't really look into PMs, so they're safe, but I didn't think wall links were immune from that.
