Looks like his brother doesn't think he died of a heart attack like the police are saying because the police officer had blood on his shirt and accused his brother of faking when he was laying there dead. He thinks they're trying to cover up his beating.
I'm sure there was a good reason. Don't make evil out of police, especially european.
