Justin Bieber is calling BS on his ex-neighbor's claim he and his wife are STILL suffering all kinds of medical issues related to the infamous egging incident, from more than 2 YEARS ago.

Bieber says in new court docs he wants Jeffrey and Suzanne Schwartz to submit to mental evaluations next month to determine if their claims of ongoing emotional distress are legit.

Jeff and Sue say they have a bunch of issues -- headaches, stomachaches and insomnia ... all due to Bieber's unrelenting bad behavior while he lived next to them in Calabasas ... including the barrage of eggs.

The judge hasn't ruled on the doctor request.
