Those rebels are just as bad as ISIS and have killed roughly the same amount of people in the area. But the greatest perpetrator of atrocities against Syrians is their very own government. Everything that ISIS has done (burnings, beheadings, rape, etc,), the rebels, and Assad's army have done also but at a much larger scale.
